We invite law students who are active participants in their law school communities and who have strong academic records to apply for our Summer Associate Program. Each Summer Associate has the opportunity to work and learn with a small group of partners and senior associates. Associates receive regular feedback and guidance in a relaxed, informal manner from the more experienced attorneys in the group. Later, as associates’ abilities increase, so do their responsibilities and they quickly become involved in all aspects of the client relationship. We find that both associates and partners benefit from this process, as it creates a nurturing atmosphere for growth and advances the personal development of our attorneys.

During late summer/early fall of each year we visit numerous law schools and participate in their on campus interview process. We welcome law students to explore opportunities at Ruden McClosky for Summer Associate positions. Please contact your school’s Career Development Center for further information.
