PARALEGAL POSITIONS

Sarasota - Litigation Paralegal: We are seeking a Paralegal with 4-6 years of Commercial Litigation experience required using legal software, as well as familiarity with Florida court filing systems. Candidate must be able to assist with motion practice and trial preparation and possess experience in document review and analysis, document production, and management of litigation support databases. Ability to handle multitasking with great attitude and minimal supervision in a fast paced environment with constantly changing priorities and assist in the overall case management is imperative. Professional demeanor, a four-year degree and/or paralegal certificate are preferred.
