Fort Lauderdale – Corporate Attorney: We are seeking an associate for a great opportunity as an intermediate to senior level position for our Corporate Practice Group. An eligible candidate must be a member of The Florida Bar, have excellent academic qualifications and at least four to six years of experience in sophisticated corporate and securities work, preferably in a large corporate firm environment. We are looking for applicants committed to facilitating strong client relationships with a “can do” attitude; strong writing and communication skills are also required. Compensation is competitive and all inquiries are confidential.
Fort Lauderdale – Senior Tax Attorney: We are seeking a senior tax Attorney for South Florida. An eligible candidate must have excellent academic qualifications and at least ten years of experience in the tax aspects of municipal finance. Compensation is competitive and all inquiries are confidential.
West Palm Beach - Litigation Associate: We are seeking a smart, energetic associate attorney for the commercial litigation department. An eligible candidate for this great opportunity will be a member of the Florida Bar, have a strong academic record and have at least three to six years of complex commercial litigation with State and Federal court experience.
