COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - ASSOCIATES

New associates receive a signing bonus in addition to their first year compensation.  Annually, the firm reviews each associate's performance  and, if applicable, adjustments in the associate's compensation may be made.   Associates who have performed  exceptionally during the review year may be awarded a bonus.

Associates receive a comprehensive benefits plan that provides options for family insurance coverage, as well as the means to pursue professional and business development opportunities.
Associates receive four weeks annual vacation, travel and other expenses for appropriate legal seminars, bar association dues, fees for memberships in other professional organizations and a group insurance program that incorporates life, disability, medical and dental coverage.
