As an Associate with the Real Estate and Corporate Practice Groups, Mr. Blacklock focuses his practice on real estate acquisitions and sales, financing and leasing, title examination, corporate licensing and intellectual property. He has extensive experience in the issuance and review of title insurance and survey, and assists clients in purchasing and selling residential/commercial real estate and leasing, developing and financing commercial and residential real estate.
With expertise in information technology and intellectual property issues, Mr. Blacklock focuses his corporate practice on counseling clients in transactional matters as well as drafting and negotiating a wide array of contracts including alliance; distribution; patent; open source; work-for-hire; stock warrant; branding; non-disclosure; service; marketing; joint-venture; outsourcing; and consortium agreements.
