A Board Certified Attorney in Immigration and Nationality Law, Mr. Carrion focuses his practice on business, family and personal immigration law. His practice includes the processing of business and investor visa applications and serving as a consultant to foreign persons/ prospective entrepreneurs. He also advises individuals in respect to U.S. immigration requirements concerning family and personal matters and representation before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Immigration Court in Removal (deportation) proceedings.
Mr. Carrion is a former Chairman of The Florida Bar's Committee on Specialization for Immigration and Nationality Law. He is a frequent lecturer on expanding to foreign and domestic ethnic markets and has authored numerous articles on the subject of foreign investments for commercial and trade publication. He is also the author of U.S.A. Immigration Guide.
Mr. Carrion is fluent in both Spanish and Italian.
