As a member of the Firm's Land Use Practice Group, Mr. Dickerson focuses his practice on zoning, environmental, land use and governmental law.
Mr. Dickerson represents developers, property owners and local governments seeking development entitlements for their real estate projects. Additonally, he works closely with real estate attorneys on land use and environmental issues affecting real estate transactions for buyers, sellers and lenders.
Prior to joining Ruden McClosky, Mr. Dickerson was a Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable George W. Maxwell III of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in Brevard County, Florida. Mr. Dickerson was also Chief of Staff for the past President of the National Bar Association.
