As a member of the Firm's Corporate, Banking & Finance and Real Estate Finance Practice Groups, Ms. Crew concentrates her practice in complex business and real estate financing transactions. She represents institutional lenders, middle-market lenders and corporate borrowers in connection with domestic and cross-border secured and unsecured credit facilities, including syndicated loans, acquisition and mezzanine financings, corporate restructuring, workouts and DIP facilities. She also represents non-traditional lenders in private secured debt investments, as well as lenders and developers in land acquisition, construction and development loans.
In addition, Ms. Crew has advised buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions in a variety of industries, including health care services, manufacturing, media and telecommunications. She also advises companies in general corporate and commercial transactions, including corporate formation and the negotiation and preparation of distribution and sale agreements, licensing agreements, service agreements, commercial real estate leases, shareholder agreements, stock redemptions and employment contracts.
Ms. Crew's prior experience includes practice with a multi-national law firm in New York as an associate in the Banking and Restructuring Group. She has international experience in the project finance sector
Representing project sponsors, lenders and investorsin the development, financing and construction of domestic and international capital intensive projects, including thermal energy generation facilities, oil refineries and other major infrastructure projects.
Ms. Crew is actively involved in civic affairs and is a member of the Board of Directors for DanceNow! Ensemble, a non-profit Miami ballet and modern dance company. She also is actively involved with the Florida Breast Cancer Coalition and Research Fund, the Association for Corporate Growth, the Women's Fund of Miami and various local professional and business organizations.
Ms. Crew is a former Article and Note Editor of the NYU Journal of Legislation and Public Policy.
